Product Characteristics

◇This series of products includes a functional thin film antirust oil, a highly efficient anti-rust additive, a film forming agent, and a refined solvent oil.

◇Excellent rust proof performance, strong anti rust function on steel, cast iron, and copper, and a rust proof validity period of 3 months ~1 years.

◇Transparent or light colored thin oil film

◇Contains lubrication ability to ensure smooth mechanism motion

◇Good adaptability for other metal materials.

Scope of Application

Widely used with all kinds of mechanical products, intermediate rust parts, and hardware and maintenance products. Especially suitable for precision measuring instruments and wind power generation parts which require rust protection.

Method of Use

◇To ensure high quality in the anti rust process, surface rust, grease, sweat, and other corrosive substances should be removed from the work piece surface prior to processing

◇Usage is flexible according to requirements with dip coating and brush coating both acceptable at room temperature. A consistently and evenly applied anti-rust layer on the metal surface is guaranteed

◇To ensure the anti-rust layer is not damaged, preservative packing such as VCI paper or other rust proof packaging should be selected

Engineer’s Advice

◇Keep away from fire!

◇Do not mix with water. Ensure barrel lid is fastened tightly immediately after use to prevent contamination

◇Pay attention to the ventilation of the working environment and avoid naked flames

◇Do not mix with other anti-rust oil brands

Storage & Transportation/packaging

◇Store in a dry, cool, ventilated warehouse. Avoid rain, sun and weather damage. Recommended storage temperature of 5~35 DEG C.

◇Under normal storage conditions, product has a shelf life of 2 years
